Captioning

Those of the neurodivergent community or anyone with a hearing impairment often use captions to help better engage with the content on display.  No longer are captions primarily a tool for those with learning disabilities or hearing impairments. Many enjoy having access to this feature, to read when audio is not a practical option.

Closed Captions Uses

  • Streaming Platforms

  • Office Meeting Recordings

  • Educational Explainer Videos

  • Television Shows

  • Online Videos

  • Films Music Videos

  • Social Media Content

The captions are actually a separate text file, which is then synced to the video. This allows for enabling and disabling capabilities. The content can be easily modified, expanded, or edited to specifications with little to no effort at all. Though the feature is inclusive of those with disabilities, many find the availability a benefit as it furthers the video content's reach to various audiences.

Siri, Alexa, and Google Assistant along with other automatic speech recognition programs have advanced our world in ways that make it easy, instantly less complicated, and more comprehensive. We enjoy the many conveniences of these technologies. However, they can not exclusively replace the element of our hands-on approach. Our staff is not a bot (We are not robots.), but well-trained professionals, with reliable accuracy for customer support and quality efficacy.
